Apostle B. R. Jackson is the Founder/Senior Pastor of Rivers Of Living Waters in Gulfport, Mississippi and the founder of The Vision Of The Elohim Ministry.Apostle Jackson began ministering on 4 March 1984 under the leadership of Pastor Freddie Owens. He moved forward in his spiritual learning under the guidance of Overseer Charles Taylor and Bishop O.G. Rankin. Apostle Jackson serves as Senior Pastor of a local church but he is also called of God to serve other Pastors and church leaders.  Appointed by God to impact the lives of ALL across the country.Apostle Jackson was consecrated a Bishop at the hands of Bishop Arthur Holmes in November 1993. Apostle was consecrated and set aside as an Apostle in July of 2002. Apostle Jackson became an ordained Bishop with the Church of God in November 2004 . July 1, 2007 Apostle Jackson was set into the office of  Assistant Presiding Bishop of  Saint Paul Church of God Pentecostal Inc. under the leadership of Bishop Tyson Johnson who is the founder and Presiding Bishop of Saint Paul Church of God Pentecostal Inc. On March 20, 2008 Apostle Jackson finished his studies & graduated from  The School of Prophets. On February 5, 2009 Apostle Jackson was licensed an Apostle and became a member of The Sure Word Of Deliverance Apostolic Churches, Inc. December 2009 Aposetle  Jackson has summited his required hours  and has recieved his Doctorate of Divinity Degree.

Through the struggle of some not believing in women preachers, Pastor Jackson began preaching in 1990 under the leadership of Bishop O. G. Rankin.God has blessed her to preach  and minister the gospel with the  anointing able to turn the hearts of men and women back to God .  She is also the founder and president of Women of Life and Daughters of Virtue which is a fellowship and ministry for women and young girls both churched and unchurched. The main purpose of this ministry is to restore the life back into the daughters of Abraham.Pastor Jackson became an ordained minister with the Church of God in November 2004.On June 12, 2008, Pastor finished her studies and graduated from the School of Prophets.February 5th 2009 Pastor Jackson was license a Prophetess and became a member of The Sure Word Of Deliverance Apostolic Churches, Inc She and her husband of 31 years, Apostle Jackson, are proud parents of five daughters: Crystal, Christian, Candra, Carmela, and Charnele and they are equally as proud to be the grandparents of  four wonderful little ones: Ja'marion, Ja'liyah, Ja'kalia, and Ja'siah
